Delivery is available for orders over $200.00. Delivery address must be within 20 miles of our West Allis facility and delivery charge varies based delivery details (time, boxes vs. cabinets, etc.) Please contact us here or call us at 414-543-7001 and select option 1 for more information.

The complete order, including delivery charges, must be paid in full, no later than one week or seven days prior to the delivery date.

Online ordering is available for in-store pick up. Click here to order. Please note that online orders must be in by 10am at least 2 days in advance (4 days for Tuesday pick up.)

Most items, and all online orders, require at least 2-days’ notice (before 10am). Please call us at 414-543-7000 and select option 1 if you’d like to order outside of these guidelines.

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase or pre-order.

Sunday Pre-orders: You can pick up your order at our Pre-Order Pick-Up door, located just around the corner to the left (west) of our retail store entrance. Give us a call at 414-543-7000 and select option 1 to let us know you’re here, and we’ll get your order right away! Tuesday through Saturday Pre-Orders: Enter through our retail store doors and someone will assist you. It’s possible you might have to wait a few minutes while we assist the customers who arrived before you.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel. For most orders, if cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup, you will receive a full refund. If the order is cancelled within 48 hours of the pickup, no refund shall be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return to the store with your receipt and the product and ask to speak to a manager. If you’re unable to return the same day, please call us at 414-543-7000 and select option 1 or email us at info@grebesbakery.com and provide us with an explanation of the experience, the information from your receipt, and your contact information. A manager will follow up with you as soon as possible, most often on the same day. In most instances of unsatisfactory product, the product or a piece of the product must be returned. Your original receipt (or last 4-digits of the card used to pay for the order) is also required to resolve any discrepancy.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We do not currently accept food stamps/WIC/SNAP/EBT.

We do not accept personal checks at this time.

We offer both hot and cold ham Tuesday through Sunday, and every pound of ham comes with 6 free rolls, every day!

Our 3lb ham special is available every day (Tuesday through Sunday, hot or cold), and includes 3 pounds of ham, 18 rolls, and 2 pounds of potato salad of your choice.

Heat sliced ham in an oven at 325° F for approximately 10-15 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. (Pro tip: Add some liquid to the pan – lemon/lime soda, pineapple juice, orange juice, or broth, depending on your preference.)

We offer a variety of cakes in-store, including quarter sheets (approximately 16 servings) and 8- inch round 2-layer cakes (approximately 12 servings). We no longer offer custom decorated cakes, but we are happy to add a name or inscription to our standard cakes.

All of our baked goods and donuts include the following allergens: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our production facility, however, our retail store does offer some products which include nuts in their ingredients. A list of allergens can be found on the product pages. (Please note that some ingredients used in our facility come from facilities that do process peanuts and tree nuts.)

Sorry, we do not currently offer gluten free bakery products.

We do not currently offer any vegan options.

We have agreements with several local organizations which pick up and distribute much of our day-old and surplus bakery to those in need. If you are a local organization looking for a similar agreement, please contact us here!

We do not currently offer seating.

Our restrooms are not open to the public due to their locations within our facility.
