Alan joined the Grebe’s team in August of 2022 with an associate degree in Electronics and 30+ years of experience in Maintenance Automation. His initial role with the company was as Maintenance/Facilities Manager, and he was recently promoted to Director of Operations. Alan focuses on leading through employee empowerment and continuous process improvements.

Jokingly referred to by his team as “Father Al,” Alan is a family man with five children and six grandchildren of his own, and he loves the family atmosphere and concentration on culture at Grebe’s.

His favorite thing about working here? The positive atmosphere.
