MEET THE GREBES BEHIND THE GREBE’S

About Jessica Schreiner

Jessica’s first role at Grebe’s was in our Shipping Department. She started in 2019 and quickly became the department lead.  Being fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessica’s bilingual background coupled with her experience of working in collaboration with others helped her to fit in well with the rest of the team. 

After expressing an interest in learning more about the “behind the scenes” at the bakery, Jessica was encouraged by management to continue her education in an aspect of the bakery’s operations that interested her. She chose to learn more about food safety and quality control. She picked up on these concepts naturally, inspiring her to obtain certification in HACCP, PCQI, and SQF.  

She now serves as SQF Practitioner and Sanitation Supervisor, ensuring the facility is always clean and ready to produce the donuts and baked goods we all know and love!

Jessica’s favorite part of working here?  The culture.
My favorite thing about working at Grebe’s is that there is always something to do or learn, and someone knowledgeable is always willing to teach you! The culture here is friendly, and we work together to accomplish our daily goals.”
